Q. Do you charge fees for deliveries?


Prices for deliveries varies depending on location and volume on order. Delivery fee is calculated at checkout. There is no delivery fee when using the subscription option.

Q. What is snus?


Originally from the 18th Century in Sweden, snus pronounced “snoss” is a smokeless tobacco product.

Snus consists of: tobacco, water, salt and other aromas that ads flavour.
Snus is available in different sizes and variations such as: Loose snus, original portion, white portion and all white portion.

Q. How to use snus?


Grab a snus portion from the can, and place it under the upper lip, to the side of the front teeth.

For the loose snus, grab a pinch of tobacco from the can and form it into
a wedge. The loose snus should be intact once formed. Then place the wedge formed snus under the upper lip.

Q. Subscription


Scandynavian offers a subscription based service on snus.
There is no extra cost to subscribe.
You will automatically receive 10% discount with free delivery. This includes products that are on sale. Minimum order for subscription is 1 roll or 10 cans.

The frequency options are:
-Once a week
-Every 2 weeks
-Every 3 weeks
-Once a month

Specific date and time frequency for delivery can also be scheduled by request. You can write a note for a special request on Billing info when ordering.

There is no lock-in period. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no charge or additional cost. We must be notified 24 hours before the delivery is sent.
To cancel your subscription, simply go to My Account ,click subscription and cancel.

Q. What are you return policy?


Our return policy is 7 days after receiving the product.
It is highly important for us that you are happy with your purchase. Should you not be happy with your order due to damage or by receiving the wrong item, please inform or notify us within 7 days and we will replace the item free of charge.
